Whenever possible, items sold in the shop are made with magic.
All apparel sold here will be offered in accessible sizing, without charging more for larger sizes.
All goods are made with an intention of communication and accessibility.
Some items are made from my home studio, some are fulfilled from drop shipping or print on demand sites. All details are marked clearly in each description.
This shop prioritizes anti-capitalist and anti-racist ideas, actions, and beliefs.
This shop asks you to come as you are.
There is a zero tolerance policy for discrimination and/or racist, homophobic assholes.
Communication regarding your order might not be immediate, in fact, I can assure you it won’t be. I am the only person behind the desk and prioritize rest.
All transactions made here are to be with full and complete honesty. No hidden fees, gimmicks, tricks, or traps.
Whenever possible, all parts of the product timeline will be available for sale or licensing, i.e. DIY guides to make the product yourself, digital downloads of the design, etc.
All sales are final.
All design and artwork used across all products both digital and physical are my own and are under copyright (barring purchase of a license).
ABOUT FIFTH HOUSE
In astrology, the Fifth House (out of 12) is the house of creativity and sex. For me, it's the name of my personal production company that I own and operate in Uptown, Minneapolis. The products available here inspire creative communication with ourselves and each other, through completely finished goods and ways you can create your own message. I also sell my own digital art in this space, and hope to add more artists as Fifth House continues to grow.
I am a one person operation, and take great pride in delivering a high level of craftsmanship on the products I make myself in my home studio. I also sell print-on-demand goods through Printful, each with my own artwork and design.
By exploring communication and connection through astrology, magic, sex, and creativity, I hope I can bring a little whimsy to you and your loved ones.
RETURN POLICY
Returns
I don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let me know by contacting hello@alyssastormes.com.

Refunds
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact me at hello@alyssastormes.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and I will sort that out for you. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let me know at hello@alyssastormes.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll either send you a new one or issue a refund!
PRIVACY POLICY
What type of information do you collect?
I collect basic personal information like your name, shipping and billing address, email, subscription preferences, newsletter preferences, order history, messages you’ve sent for support or otherwise, and any other questions on forms that you’ve filled out on this site.
How do you collect information?
Wix has a basic CRM that collects this basic information. I also keep a copy of this data in my own personal backend database using Airtable.
Why do you collect such personal information?
All of the information that is collected here is either necessary (like a shipping address or your order information in case of a problem) or to learn more about your preferences on the type of communication you want to receive from me, both in a promotional and subscription sense.
How do you store, use, share and disclose your site visitors' personal information?
No one sees your information but me! I am a solo, small scale online-only shop, and all of your records are either stored on my website or on my personal databases.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
